Rachel Ashley
​​​I work with leadership teams, CEOs and Boards to guide the growth of their organisations. I specialise in strategy, transformation and developing strategic partnerships / joint ventures.
Working internationally, I have broad commercial experience in financial services, insurance and start-ups gained from living and working in UK, US, Asia Pacific, and Australia. My experience includes APAC Marketing & Business Partnerships Director (executive committee member) of a global insurer and executive roles held across strategy, transformational change, business development, sales & marketing, and M&A for global listed organisations.
I enjoy solving complex business issues, leading and inspiring culturally diverse teams to deliver. This unique blend of both corporate and start-up investment experience enables me to bring valuable external and international perspectives to my advisory and mentoring relationships.​​

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Politics from Swansea University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Institute of Directors and Women on Boards.
